Recognizing our 2022 VP New Member Education

Today I'd like to recognize our Vice President of New Member Education, Baileigh Hall. Baileigh worked with our spring MC '22 last semester, and both of our fall '22 MCs, from formal recruitment and COB.

Baileigh is a junior nursing major, and is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet! She has done a fantastic job making the new member experience for our new members of Iota Lambda so welcoming. Baileigh says she is most proud of planning our amazing spring 2022 New Member Retreat, but also loved bid day. She is beyond proud of our amazing new members that have now become Alpha Chi Omega sisters!

For the retreat in the spring, both the fall MC '21 and spring MC '22 were in attendance. We had the opportunity to bond with our sisters through relay races, lip sync battles, s'mores, and much more.

Baileigh says, as VP of New Member Education, it is important to plan ahead. She says "It is a big position but has big rewards, and being a people person that loves to welcome and love others is the best personality you could have!" Welcoming new members in Alpha Chi is such an exciting part of every year, and our VP of New Member Education plays such an essential role in their development as members.

From her time on exec, Baileigh has gained "Crazy awesome budgeting skills, an incredibly prompt text response time, small talking superpowers, a hundred new underclassmen amazing friends, and an executive board full of my best friends!" She is an amazing leader and role model in our chapter.

Thank you, Baileigh Hall, for helping our New Members transition into membership, and for all the ways you have strengthened our chapter this year.
