The countdown to elections continues! Today, we would love to recognize our Vice President of Recruitment, Kallen Fedele.
Kallen is a senior communication studies major from Clovis, California, and this was her second term on our executive board. She previously served as VP Ritual. From her term as VP of Recruitment, Kallen says she is most proud of being apart of the board, and their accomplishments as a group. She is also very proud and grateful for being able to work so closely with her best friend, and our VP of Recruitment Information, Mackenzie Ruof to put on a successful recruitment.
What Kallen has gained most from being on the executive board this year is growth and development in her leadership skills, and constant inspiration from the other members of the board. She says, "I love watching how passionate each one is as they serve our chapter, it is a constant reminder of just how special Iota Lambda is!"
Kallen and the recruitment team put in a lot of effort over the summer and throughout August to recruit MC '22. We brought home and initiated more than 80 members in September, thanks to their hard work.
Kallen wants our next Vice President of Recruitment to know that when the position is overwhelming, remember that we have a great chapter, and a sisterhood of women who want you to succeed. It is okay to ask for help, and it is important to trust your instincts.
Kallen Fedele served such a successful term as Vice President of Recruitment this year, and Iota Lambda cannot thank her enough for the work she put in for our chapter.
